What is a reward?

A reward sent from your employer allows you to choose a reward from our marketplace of curated experiences.

How do I claim my reward?

When your employer sends you a reward, you’ll receive an email with a link to claim it. When you click the link, you’ll be directed to our marketplace of rewards. Browse the marketplace and find a reward that excites you. Once you find a reward that intrigues you, you’ll finish the booking process on the page and our concierge team will contact you and finish the booking process.

What do I do if I lost my reward?

Can’t find your reward? Try the steps below to find it.

  1. Search your email for “”
  2. Check your spam box.
  3. Look up your reward with our reward lookup tool. This will give you a complete summary of all the rewards you haven’t selected. Click here to access the tool. 
  4. If you are still having trouble locating your gift, contact and we’ll help you find your reward.

Note: If you no longer have access to the email address in which your reward was sent, simply contact Wishlist and we’ll resend your reward.

When does my reward expire?

Rewards never expire and can be accessed at any time.
