The employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), is a way to measure how your employees feel about your company. We run an eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) survey by asking one simple question:
“How likely are you to recommend this company as a place to work?”
eNPS can help increase employee engagement and morale by showing that you’re actively listening to and acting on employee feedback. Knowing that their voice has been heard makes them feel included and respected. Using eNPS along with other key metrics can provide you with a more holistic view of your employee’s experience.
Respondents give a rating between 0 (not at all likely) and 10 (extremely likely), and will fall into one of three categories to determine an NPS score:
We simply subtract the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters to get your final NPS score.
For example, if 10% of respondents are Detractors, 10% are Passives, and 80% are Promoters, your NPS score is 80-10 = 70.
Good (0-30): Scores of up to 30 are a good range to be in, but there’s room for improvement.
Great (30-70): Scores above 30 indicate that there are considerably more satisfied employees than dissatisfied employees, but there is still an opportunity for improvement.
Excellent (70-100): : Scores in this range mean that employees love their jobs and are extremely happy with the company.
Are you curious about how your employees feel about their jobs? Employee net promoter score (eNPS) surveys can help you get a sense of your company’s culture by assessing employee satisfaction and identifying ways to improve your employee experience.
Wishlist’s eNPS surveys are 100% anonymous, allowing survey respondents complete anonymity while providing company leaders with macro-level feedback.
