How the Marketplace works

Wishlist streamlines the gifting experience so that you can focus on creating a work life your employees love.

You set the budget

Pre-select the budget for different rewards such as birthdays, workiversaries, or rewards given by managers for reaching a quarterly goal.

Wishlist delivers the reward

When a reward is granted (either automatically or by a manager), Wishlist deposits the funds into the employee’s Wishlist wallet.

Employees select a gift or experience

Employees can then choose from a wide array of memorable experiences and products, filtering by category or brand for products, and location and activities for experiences.
